This isn’t an agency model — and that’s the point

It’s a direct, owner-led partnership designed for real decisions and real outcomes.

Most of my clients come to me after something else didn’t work.

An agency that overpromised.
A consultant who handed things off.
A plan that looked good but never translated into momentum.

What they’re usually looking for isn’t more strategy — it’s ownership.

Someone who can look at the business as a whole, make real decisions, and stay accountable for what happens next.

That’s the role I play.

You work directly with the person doing the thinking

There’s no team behind the scenes and no layers to translate through.

When you work with me:

  • The person diagnosing the problem is the same person executing the work
  • The context doesn’t get diluted or reinterpreted
  • Decisions happen faster because they don’t need to be relayed or sold internally

That directness changes the dynamic.
It removes friction, reduces noise, and keeps responsibility clear.

If something works, we know why.

If it doesn’t, we adjust without defensiveness.

Trust isn’t a value here — it’s built into the structure

This isn’t about good intentions. It’s about incentives.

I don’t benefit from:

  • Expanding scope unnecessarily
  • Increasing ad spend or pushing tools
  • Keeping work going when it’s no longer useful

The model is simple on purpose.
It keeps the work grounded in outcomes, not activity.

If something isn’t worth doing, I’ll say so — even when that means doing less.

That’s how the relationship stays honest over time.

I approach problems like an operator, not a vendor

Most challenges don’t live cleanly inside one function.

A marketing issue is often:

  • A measurement problem
  • A systems problem
  • A prioritization problem
  • Or a decision-making problem upstream

I’m used to working across those boundaries — not to “own everything”, but to see how the pieces interact before pulling levers.

That perspective is what helps avoid fixing the wrong thing well.

This works best when expectations are clear

This is likely a good fit if you:

  • Want one accountable owner, not a rotating cast
  • Care more about progress than polish
  • Are open to narrowing focus instead of constantly expanding it

It’s probably not a fit if you’re looking for:

  • Predefined packages or deliverables
  • A large team to manage execution for you
  • Activity that feels productive without changing outcomes

Both are valid — they’re just different relationships.

A quick note about me

You’ll work directly with me from the first conversation onward.

I built Simplified Solutions Consulting after years of being on the other side of these engagements — inside growing businesses, navigating real constraints, and feeling the cost of misaligned incentives firsthand.

This practice exists to do the kind of work I wish I’d had access to earlier:
Clear ownership. Thoughtful execution. No hidden agendas.

If that sounds like what you’re looking for

The next step is simple.

We start with a conversation about one real issue you’re facing — and decide, together, whether it’s worth solving right now.

No pitch.
No pressure.
Just clarity.
